Our $1,000 ‘You've Got Nothing To Lose’ 1 Hour Fast Finance Guarantee - Terms & Conditions
The Guarantee is that once a client has agreed to the proposed lender and product, WCFB will submit the loan application to the agreed lender within 1 business hour or pay the client $1,000. A "business hour" is defined as a 60-minute period during our standard operating hours.
This is a guarantee of our internal process. This guarantee does not imply or guarantee that your loan application will be approved by the lender. Loan approval is subject to the lender's assessment, criteria and processing timeline.
Operating Hours: WCFB operates on standard business days in the state of NSW. Consent for submission must be provided between 9:30 am and 4:00 pm on days that we are open. If we are closed due to weekends, public holidays, or for any other reason, the guarantee does not apply. Work done outside normal hours is considered for the benefit of the client and does not fall within the scope of the guarantee.
Documentation: The 1-hour timeline begins only once all required documentation has been received, reviewed, and deemed complete by WCFB. Incomplete or inaccurate documentation voids the guarantee. Typical documentation includes ID documents such as driver’s license, passport and medicare; bank statements provided by bankstatements.com.au link; financial reports; consent to conduct a soft touch credit check. Other documents may be required from time to time.
Loan Proposal: After the documentation is provided WCFB will research potential lenders and loan products from our panel of lenders. WCFB will then report with the client our findings and recommendations either in person, via phone or online meeting. If the client agrees to the proposed loan and requests WCFB then the Guarantee shall be applicable.
Client Availability: The client must be available via phone, online meeting, or in person during the 1-hour period for any necessary final clarifications. Unavailability will void the guarantee.
External Factors: WCFB is not responsible for delays caused by external factors outside our control, such as lender system downtimes or internet outages.
Payment: If WCFB fails to submit the application within the 1-hour period, the $1,000 will be paid to the client via direct transfer within 20 business days.
Exclusions: The guarantee is void if the client changes their mind, does not want to proceed, no longer requires the funds, or if WCFB chooses not to submit a loan due to a low chance of success or any other reason at WCFB’s discretion.
Amendments: WCFB reserves the right to terminate or amend this guarantee at any time without prior notice.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes regarding this guarantee will be resolved through an internal review by WCFB. If unresolved, the matter may be referred to an independent arbitrator.
